Security Services Professional

A Security Operative will act as the first point of contact for visitors, staff and the public delivering a professional and courteous service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage internal security operations including access control, CCTV monitoring and liaison with external security teams.
- Respond to emergencies including fire and bomb alerts ensuring effective communication and safety protocols are followed.
- Conduct building patrols manage key control and maintain visitor logs.
- Assist contractors and visitors ensuring adherence to site procedures.
- Operate and monitor CCTV alarms and radio systems.
- Oversee fire evacuation procedures acting as Fire Warden and provide First Aid assistance when required.
- Maintain accurate records incident reports and compliance with Health & Safety protocols.
- Valid PSA licence.
- Good standard of general education.
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- First Aid and Fire Warden qualifications.
- PC literacy in Microsoft Office Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure excellent organisational skills and attention to detail a team player with resilience and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
