Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Implement site-wide KPIs related to quality, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance.
  • Support the quality team in driving a strong quality culture on-site.
  • Ensure all processes within the quality operations remit comply with the Quality Management System through the provision of quality data.
  • Play a key role in planning and participating in audits with customers and other third parties.
  • Collaborate with the production manager and wider team to ensure quality operations requirements are fully resourced at a shift level to deliver on plant in process, sampling, and testing schedules.
  • Oversee and support the site/area RCAs for all process deviations.
  • Implement effective CAPA and verification processes.
  • Maintain customer product specifications/certifications and support final product grading.
  • Support audit quality practices and processes within the site, focusing on the prevention of deviations.
