Business Analysis Role

This is a Business Analyst position that plays a key role in shaping the future of airline technology by contributing to the design and delivery of high-impact software solutions.

The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, facilitate workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions, support agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery, identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, and ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

  • This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proven ability to gather and document requirements effectively is also essential.
Key Requirements
  • At least 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in agile software development environments.
  • A strong understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban is required.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and working with design teams is an advantage.
  • Data analysis tools and techniques are also beneficial.
