Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance and Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations and drive business strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in finance and controlling, including product costing and material ledger functionality.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance and direction to the business teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day financial processes.
  2. Product Costing and Material Ledger: Oversee the product costing and material ledger functionalities within our financial systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with stakeholders, business teams, and IT support teams to drive financial strategies and improve financial workflows.
  4. RTR Financial Processes: Implement and improve Record to Report (RTR) financial processes for efficiency and accuracy, ensuring seamless coordination between onsite and offshore support teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Finance Expertise: Strong expertise in finance and controlling (FICO) with hands-on experience in product costing and material ledger.
  2. Leadership and Team Management: Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with both onsite and offshore teams.
  3. RTR Processes and Compliance: Understanding of RTR (Record to Report) processes, financial reporting, and compliance with industry standards.
  4. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to enhance financial workflows.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  6. Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
