Job Opportunity

Comprehensive care is provided to individuals in a residential setting within a well-established disability services team in Co. Cork.

  • PIC will demonstrate great knowledge and understanding of governance, leadership, operational management, residents, staffing, financial stewardship, and community partnership working.
  • Requirements include a Level 7 qualification in Social Care Studies or equivalent, at least 3 years of senior supervisory experience, and excellent understanding of current policy and developments in social care within disability services.
  • The successful candidate must have experience working with vulnerable adults or children in an environment that promotes their rights, safety, and wellbeing.

Candidates should possess strong leadership skills, be aware of legal and regulatory duties, and familiar with company policies.
