Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various operational activities in a part-time, remote role. This involves coordinating with associates and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
Main Responsibilities
- Schedule operations such as audits, consulting, training events, and meetings.
- Communicate with associates on operational matters.
- Collaborate with clients on operational and assignment scheduling issues.
- Arrange meetings between clients and associates.
- Monitor operational activities using Client Assignment Trackers.
- Prepare Assignment Scope of Work (SOW) documents.
- Support the Financial Controller.
- Contribute to Business Development efforts.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with cloud-based platforms, specifically Smartsheet.
- Familiarity with email platforms.
- Proficiency in video conferencing tools (MS Teams, Zoom, WebEx).
Key Qualifications
- Administrative experience with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions
- This is a part-time remote position.
