Construction Project Coordinator

This challenging role involves coordinating and overseeing all aspects of data centre construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of data centre construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Ccoordinate issues on-site, working closely with subcontractors, vendors, and client representatives to resolve any challenges that arise.
  • Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address concerns, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company objectives.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of construction experience, with a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
  • At least 2 years of experience specifically in data centre construction or related industries.
  • A background in trades or a relevant degree/qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage project teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
