We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee key project deliverables and ensure the successful execution of projects.

About This Role:
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, scheduling, design development, implementation, and project close-out.
  • This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others and effectively manage stakeholders.
  • The successful candidate will also have a proven track record of managing complex projects and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee key project deliverables, including equipment management and turnover management, across multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support project objectives.
  • Develop and implement action plans to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate the operational readiness phase of each project to ensure timely handover to end-users.
  • Present project progress updates to stakeholders as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven skills in project management, scheduling, design development, implementation, and project close-out.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the project life-cycle process and ability to manage complex projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others and effectively manage stakeholders.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, including proficiency in Project Management tools.
