We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Project Coordinator to manage the day-to-day activities of our projects. This individual will oversee all project-related tasks, ensure timely delivery, and maintain open communication with clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate project meetings and facilitate collaboration between team members.
- Monitor and control project expenses, ensuring compliance with budgetary guidelines.
- Develop and implement effective project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Maintain accurate records, including meeting minutes, action items, and project progress reports.
This role requires 7+ years of experience in project coordination or management, with a strong focus on organization, time management, and communication skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in project coordination or management.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
