Clinical Nurse Leader Position

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Registered with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
  • Nursing Diploma or higher qualification
  • Relevant management training and certification
  • Minimum 3 years post registration experience in acute care setting
  • Effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven clinical, professional, and managerial expertise
  • Demonstrated practical experience of teaching in a clinical area

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. They will also possess a strong track record of clinical, professional, and managerial expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide effective leadership and guidance to nursing teams

• Develop and implement evidence-based policies and procedures

• Foster a culture of patient-centered care and excellence

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve organizational goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field

• Current registration with NMBI

• Minimum 3 years' experience in acute care setting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in nursing or related field

• Relevant management training and certification
