Clinical Nurse Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team. This is a full-time permanent position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
  • Nursing Diploma or higher qualification
  • Relevant management course or qualification
  • Minimum 3 years post-registration experience in an acute care setting
  • Effective leadership and communication skills

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of clinical, professional, and managerial experience, as well as demonstrated practical experience of teaching in a clinical area.

This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The successful candidate will be able to lead by example, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times.

Requirements:
  • Degree in nursing or related field
  • Current registration with NMBI
  • Minimum 3 years post-registration experience in acute care setting
  • Relevant management course or qualification
