We are seeking highly skilled Nurses to provide holistic, evidence-based care and clinical mentorship to our customers and colleagues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver nursing care that supports existing care arrangements for our customers.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to inform individualised care plans.
  • Develop, implement, and review care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Provide direct supervision and monitor care standards to maintain excellence.
  • Offer mentorship and training to other staff as required.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Nursing with a valid registration.
  • Experience working with tracheostomy patients is preferred.
  • Paediatric experience is also preferred.
  • Flexibility to travel and work varied shifts.
  • Full driving licence and access to own transport.
  • Valid registration with the relevant Nursing Board.
