About the Role

This full-time/part-time position involves providing nursing care to support existing care arrangements for our customers. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive needs assessments, developing individualised care plans, and providing direct supervision and mentorship to other staff members.

You will also have the opportunity to offer training and guidance to new team members and contribute to the development of our care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care and support to customers in their homes or other settings
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify customer requirements
  • Develop, implement, and review individualised care plans to meet customer needs
  • Supervise and monitor the quality of care provided by other staff members
  • Offer guidance and training to new team members as required
Requirements
  • Qualification in Nursing (RGN, RPN, etc.)
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to work flexibly and travel to different locations
  • Valid NMBI Pin
