HVAC Specialist

At Service Today, we are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an HVAC specialist. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in residential or light commercial HVAC, with strong diagnostic skills and mechanical aptitude. Excellent communication and customer service skills are also essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

In this role, you will:

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units, ductwork, thermostats, and controls
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining work performed and answering questions
• Accurately document work orders, materials used, and recommendations
• Work closely with dispatch to ensure efficient scheduling and routing

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years of residential or light commercial HVAC experience
• Strong diagnostic skills and mechanical aptitude

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
