Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for independently diagnosing and repairing various commercial HVAC systems, including large chillers and boilers, air conditioning units, hydronics and piping systems, pumps, air handlers, cooling towers, spot coolers, gas heaters, controls, and electrical components.

You will also maintain accurate field service reports, track refrigerant levels, and manage timekeeping logs. Additionally, you will operate equipment vehicles, load and unload trucks, and communicate effectively with coworkers, subcontractors, and customers.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex HVAC systems, including air-cooled and water-cooled systems up to 1000 tons and hot water boilers up to 200 hp.
  • Maintain accurate field service reports, including refrigerant tracking and timekeeping logs.
  • Operate equipment vehicles, including forklifts.
  • Load and unload trucks.
  • Communicate professionally with coworkers, subcontractors, and customers.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Forklift Certification.
  • Must possess a Type 4 - EPA Universal certification.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • 1+ year experience with Windows operating system, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer, and/or other web browsers.
