Compliance and Quality Coordinator Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Compliance and Quality Coordinator to play a key role in our quality assurance team.

About the Role

This Compliance and Quality Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Building Control (Amendment) Regulations [BC(A)R] and managing ISO standards across all office and project sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with certifiers at all stages of construction, including pre-commencement, construction, and completion.
  • Manage submission of notices, inspection plans, trackers, and certification documentation.
  • Ensure inspection records, site diaries, photos, and product certificates are maintained and provided for BCMS validation.
  • Oversight of Ancillary Certificates and Certificate of Compliance on Completion.
  • Conduct internal QEHS and CDE audits, manage registers, and report findings.
  • Support meetings, surveys, archiving, handover templates, and CSRD data collection.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business, Quality, Environmental, Project Management, Construction, or other relevant discipline.
  • Previous experience coordinating BC(A)R compliance within the construction industry (desirable).
  • Strong understanding of ISO standards (ISO essential; exposure to desirable).
