Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing expert HR guidance
  • Manage key HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll preparation, and performance management
  • Support the administration of international mobility and expatriate assignments
  • Coordinate training & development initiatives and ensure employees complete mandatory training
  • Drive employee engagement and assist with internal HR communications and surveys

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of HR experience, ideally in a global organisation
  • CIPD qualification and strong knowledge of Irish employment law
  • Highly organised and self-motivated, able to work efficiently under pressure
