Location: Dublin 4Salary: €45,000
As an HR Executive, you'll work closely with the HR Director to keep everything running smoothly. From recruitment to employee relations, compliance to payroll, you'll play a key role in shaping an engaging and efficient workplace.
What You'll Be Doing:- Employee Relations: Be the go-to person for HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- HR Systems: Keep records up-to-date, track leave, and generate reports – accuracy is key
- Recruitment & Selection: Attract and retain top talent by managing job postings, interviews, and selection processes.
- Payroll & Benefits: Support payroll processing and answer employee queries.
- Compliance: Ensure everything is in line with employment laws and regulations.
- Performance Reviews: Keep track of evaluations and support the performance management process.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Make sure new hires feel welcome and smooth the transition for leavers.
- Employee Wellbeing: Help organise initiatives that keep employees happy and motivated.
- General Admin: From contracts to filing, you'll keep everything in order.
- Previous HR admin experience (bonus points for law firm/professional services exposure).
- Solid knowledge of employment laws & regulations.
- A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or a related field.
- CIPD qualification? Great, but not essential
- Super organised with top-notch time management skills.
- Brilliant communicator with an eye for detail.
- Able to juggle priorities and stay calm under pressure.
