HR Executive Wanted 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Looking for an exciting HR role with a European law firm? Ready to be part of a fast-paced, people-focused environment? This is your chance to join a dynamic HR team for a 12-month role filled with variety, challenge, and growth

Location: Dublin 4 (Hybrid)

As an HR Executive, you'll work closely with the HR Director to keep everything running smoothly. From recruitment to employee relations, compliance to payroll, you'll play a key role in shaping an engaging and efficient workplace.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Employee Relations: Be the go-to person for HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • HR Systems: Keep records up-to-date, track leave, and generate reports – accuracy is key
  • Recruitment & Selection: Attract and retain top talent by managing job postings, interviews, and selection processes.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Support payroll processing and answer employee queries.
  • Compliance: Ensure everything is in line with employment laws and regulations.
  • Performance Reviews: Keep track of evaluations and support the performance management process.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Make sure new hires feel welcome and smooth the transition for leavers.
  • Employee Wellbeing: Help organise initiatives that keep employees happy and motivated.
  • General Admin: From contracts to filing, you'll keep everything in order.

What You'll Bring:

  • Previous HR admin experience (bonus points for law firm/professional services exposure).
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws & regulations.
  • A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or a related field.
  • CIPD qualification? Great, but not essential
  • Super organised with top-notch time management skills.
  • Brilliant communicator with an eye for detail.
  • Able to juggle priorities and stay calm under pressure.
