Administrative Support Role for HR Department

Executive Edge is seeking an Administrative Support Role for our HR department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the TY Students program, responding to HR Help Desk queries, creating POs and managing invoice approval for training and other HR activities, drafting letters and inputs on HRIS salary increases, job title changes, amendments to contracts, updating HR systems & files as appropriate, processing employer references, confirmation of employment upon employee requests, salary certificates, etc.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the TY Students program
- Respond to HR Help Desk queries
- Create POs and manage invoice approval for training and other HR activities
- Draft letters and inputs on HRIS salary increases, job title changes, amendments to contracts, updating HR systems & files as appropriate
- Process employer references, confirmation of employment upon employee requests, salary certificates, etc.
- Thorough attention to detail
- Full driving license and car required
- Ability to travel to Europe when requested
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others
- Active listening skills
- Organizational skills and a detail-oriented mentality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Strong HR experience and ability to use HRIS systems
