Lead HR Operations
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our HR Operations team and drive excellence in HR administration.
The successful candidate will have strong experience in HR generalist roles and a passion for operations and leadership. Key responsibilities include:
- Mentoring and guiding a small team of HR administrators
- Driving a service culture that delivers exceptional results
- Maintaining and updating local and global HRIS systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Generating reports, monitoring absences, and performing system reconciliations
- Identifying and implementing system improvements to enhance efficiency
- Collaborating with the Head of HR and HR Business Partners on training programs
- Managing training logistics, including vendor liaison and employee participation coordination
- Providing support to employees and managers with professionalism and discretion
- Overseeing HR documentation, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, amendments, and compliance-related due diligence
- Supporting HR projects, such as well-being, employee experience, and diversity & inclusion initiatives
Your Profile
- Strong HR generalist experience
- People management experience preferred
- HR qualification or currently working towards one (a plus)
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Payroll administration experience beneficial but not essential
