About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an HR Operations Team Lead. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR administrative services, ensuring seamless operational processes, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and mentor a small team of HR administrators
  • Drive a high-quality service culture and continuously seek process improvements
  • Maintain and update local and global HRIS systems with accuracy and efficiency
  • Generate reports, monitor absences, and perform system reconciliations
  • Identify and implement system improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Collaborate with the Head of HR and HR Business Partners on training programs
  • Manage training logistics, including vendor liaison and employee participation coordination
  • Provide support to employees and managers with professionalism and discretion
  • Oversee HR documentation, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, amendments, and compliance-related due diligence
  • Support HR projects, such as well-being, employee experience, and diversity & inclusion initiatives

Your Background

  • Strong HR generalist experience
  • People management experience preferred
  • HR qualification or currently working towards one (a plus)
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Payroll administration experience beneficial but not essential
