Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Operations Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned manufacturing operations leader to provide strategic direction and oversight for our production activities. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business results through effective planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the site champion for deploying Lean practices and systems to optimize all production activities across the site.
  • Develop and execute sustained Continuous Improvement processes, with a focus on standardization, associate engagement, and process optimization.
  • Promote talent development and succession planning within the Operations team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategies, tactics, and actions needed to achieve site objectives.
  • Monitor and drive performance against established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and cost improvement metrics.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in production environments, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing and sustaining Lean practices, with a strong understanding of manufacturing excellence principles.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, ability to navigate complex issues, and influence others to drive desired outcomes.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management System and environmental, health, safety, and security protocols.
