As a leader in IT client services, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success through effective technology implementation and support. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional leadership for the IT Client site support team, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient delivery of solutions that meet site requirements and organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Windows desktop, server, and LAN/WAN networking technologies, as well as deep experience in managing IT needs for manufacturing environments. Strong leadership ability and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is required, along with at least 7 years of relevant experience providing IT desktop support in a multi-site Microsoft Windows environment. A solid foundation in Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, and U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations is also necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the IT Client site support team to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement technology roadmaps and lifecycles, collaborating with site business, vendors, and suppliers to drive strategic growth.
  • Manage site PC-related stock levels and coordinate provisioning of local PC assets to optimize productivity.
  • Drive and coordinate annual PC refresh processes for assigned sites to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Serve as a member of the incident, problem, and change management team to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Participate in Architecture Review Board (ARB) meetings to shape IT strategy and direction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
  • At least 7 years of experience in IT desktop support in a multi-site Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Deep knowledge of Windows desktop, server, and LAN/WAN networking technologies.
  • Experience managing IT needs for manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, and U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations.
