Job Title: Strategic Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced Strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead our procurement initiatives and drive business growth through strategic partnerships.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology infrastructure and cloud-based solutions, ensuring seamless supplier integration.
  • Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive strategic business direction and category priorities.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of organizational policies and procedures related to supplier selection and management.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to inform business and project strategies.
  • Manage key supplier relationships, focusing on quality, service, delivery, risk, and costs.
  • Oversee procurement activities associated with global vendor contracts, including strategizing cost-effective deals and providing input on procurement decisions.

Requirements:

  • 15-18+ years of sourcing and contracting experience in the US, Europe, UK, Ireland, and India.
  • Knowledge of procurement applications (eRFx, eAuction, P2P) and ERP environments (Oracle preferred).
  • Experience working in large, global, highly matrixed organizations.
  • Proven track record of leading large, complex sourcing and contracting initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
