Strategic Supply Chain Transformation Manager

About the role:
\As a senior manager, you will lead large-scale transformation projects in supply chain planning. Your key responsibility is to define, design or redesign business processes to ensure seamless integration and alignment with best practices.
\You will assume a coaching role and guide your project team towards their goals. You will train and guide the team on process design improvements and provide structure and guidance during the entire implementation process.
\Internally, you will take people responsibility as a team/people lead, coach and grow colleagues in their career paths. You will also bring your experience into internal continuous improvement initiatives.
\To succeed in this role, you must have a strong growth mindset and be able to work and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. You must be able to communicate effectively with your team and clients and have a passion for working with people.
\The ideal candidate will hold a master's degree in engineering or economics and have at least 6 years of experience in consulting. They will have shaped and defined project plans & structures, creating a clear path to the intended vision, and set methodology and approach.

\You are a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills. You are able to translate complex concepts into actionable plans and have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
