Duty Manager Opportunity

Red Chair Recruitment is seeking a skilled professional for a Duty Manager position in a 4-star hotel based in Balbriggan, Co. Dublin.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, ensuring exceptional customer experience and collaborating with department managers to provide operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day hotel operations
  • Coordinating with staff to maintain high standards
  • Ensuring excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the food and beverage sector
  • Relevant industry qualifications and certifications
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation
