Biotech Operator Position

As a Biotech Operator, you play a vital role in delivering high-quality products to meet customer demands.

Your primary responsibility will be to operate various types of machinery and equipment according to established procedures and guidelines.

You will work effectively as part of a dynamic team, collaborating with others to achieve operational goals and ensuring a consistent supply of products.

To succeed in this role, you must:

  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others
  • Work closely with supervisors, coworkers, cross-functional teams, and other team members to coordinate activities, address challenges, and achieve operational goals
  • FOLLOWING standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols to ensure consistency, quality, and regulation compliance
  • Identify and troubleshoot any issues or malfunctions that arise during operations and highlight them appropriately to the relevant personnel
  • Engage in training sessions and skill development programs to enhance your knowledge and proficiency in operating equipment and systems

We seek individuals with a positive approach and a readiness to acquire new skills, even if they haven't worked as an Operator before. Our comprehensive training program covers everything you need to know.

Please note that this role operates shift patterns such as on a 24/7 basis and is a fixed-term contract for 23 months.
