Design Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Design Coordinator to contribute to the pre-construction design phase, responsible for planning, coordination, and review of engineering work within projects. This role requires collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal processes.

The Job Description

As a Design Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating key stakeholder approvals through each project stage;
  • Ensuring compliance with Technical Design Department processes;
  • Verifying that drawings and specifications meet project requirements;
Required Background
  • Degree in Architecture/Construction Management/Engineering or similar field;
  • 2+ years professional experience in residential architectural roles;
  • Experience with Irish Building Regulations;
  • Track-record in the Irish market;
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with all stakeholders;
  • Pragmatic problem-solving approach to obstacles.
