Customer Service Role

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide exceptional customer service and ensure that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • To maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to answer customer queries effectively.
