Business Growth Specialist Job Description:
About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our sales team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting new on-trade accounts to grow your territory's sales and market share.
- Identify, target, and convert new on-trade accounts to drive business growth and expand our market presence.
- Builld strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring exceptional service and ongoing revenue increase.
- Collaborate with the wider team to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving issues and offering expert guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend regular product training and stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitor activity.
To succeed in this role, you should have a background in on-trade sales and business development, ideally within the wine, beverage, or hospitality industry. WSET qualifications are a distinct advantage. You must be highly motivated, target-driven, and confident in developing new business independently. Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office) and a full, clean driver's license are required.
