As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Reviewing various types of content against our advertiser policies and community standards.

Working closely with cross-functional teams to influence the development of policies, protocols, technology, and training.

Developing and sharing subject matter expertise across areas of safety abuse and/or account support at a global level.

Gathering and delivering market-specific insights on Meta's platforms, developing tailored recommendations to improve Meta's Integrity outcomes.

Communicating market-specific insights to cross-functional partners to collaborate and improve our policies, processes, and tools.

This role requires strong analytical, creative problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to work with potentially graphic and objectionable content.

A Bachelor's degree and/or master's or equivalent experience is required, as well as fluency in written and conversational English and French.
