This is a Field Service Engineer position in the industry of Fire Protection and Engineering Services.

The ideal candidate will have experience with electronic fire and security systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. They should be familiar with various systems such as CCTV/Security and Fire Detection (HKC, Siemens, Honeywell). The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, fault diagnosis, and repair of these systems at commercial and industrial sites.

In addition to technical skills, the candidate should possess excellent problem-solving ability, communication skills, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
  • Servicing, maintenance, and repairs on intruder alarm systems; fire detection and alarm systems (conventional and addressable); CCTV systems (IP and analogue); access control and intercom systems.
  • Fault diagnosis and corrective action in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Service documentation and reporting via company systems.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to clients onsite.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in servicing electronic fire and/or security systems.
  • Familiarity with various systems for CCTV/Security and Fire Detection (HKC, Siemens, Honeywell).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
