Job Description

As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Our goal is to provide customers with an outstanding shopping experience, and we rely on our team members to help us achieve this objective. You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure that all areas of the store are well-stocked, clean, and welcoming to our customers.

In addition to providing excellent customer service, you will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of product knowledge and being aware of promotions and offers. This will enable you to effectively communicate with customers and make informed recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service at all times, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and being up-to-date on promotions and offers.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store objectives and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Ensuring that the store is well-organized and tidy, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

You will also require:

  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills, with the ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
