About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced IT/OT Engineer to join our team. With over 10 years of professional experience in an IT and/or OT support environment, you will bring your expertise to bear on complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust IT and OT systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical projects, aligning them with business objectives.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of internal stakeholders, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve critical problems efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience as an IT/OT Engineer in an IT and/or OT support environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Proficiency in relevant IT and OT technologies, including Cisco, VMware, and Microsoft.
