Job Overview

This role requires a seasoned human resources professional to drive strategic initiatives, manage talent acquisition and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, HR operations, and cultural development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with senior executives to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Oversee recruitment processes for key positions, ensuring seamless integration into the organization.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, promoting teamwork, and driving business results.
  • Performance Management: Support managers in implementing performance review cycles, development plans, and succession planning.
  • Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to employment law, internal policies, and industry best practices.
  • HR Operations: Manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, HRIS updates, and other administrative functions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably within financial services or professional sectors.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to understand business objectives, drive results, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Results-Driven: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
