Overview:

Wills Bros Ltd. is currently seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of large-scale civil engineering projects in Ireland.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile and impactful projects, contributing to the development of the country's infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing challenging projects, ensuring commercial performance, and delivering projects to the required quality standards.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing and coordinating project delivery
  • Collaborating with foremen and site engineers
  • Ensuring production and implementation of programmes, RAMS, method statements, and ITPs
  • Liaising with procurement teams
  • Generating monthly progress reports and presenting to senior management and clients

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.

They will also have a good understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as experience working with main contractors or subcontractors in Ireland or the UK.

A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Project, PowerPoint, and MS Project is essential.

The role requires excellent communication, people, and team management skills, as well as the ability to challenge designs and resolve problems effectively.
