Warehouse Operations Assistant

The role of a Warehouse Operations Assistant is crucial to the smooth operation of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and complete sales orders, prepare deliveries, and maintain accurate warehouse records for each dispatch.
  • Load and unload vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Record and put away stocks and deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Perform warehouse duties to maintain a high level of efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure all Health and Safety standards are adhered to in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Move and stack materials safely and efficiently.
  • Utilize correct manual handling techniques to prevent injury.
  • Verify that finished product packs are properly sealed with labels in the correct position.

Requirements:

  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift License.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • A friendly, helpful attitude.
  • Full Driving License.
