Job Title: Wellness and Fitness Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Wellness and Fitness Specialist to join our team at the Motion Health Club. As a key member of our health and wellness team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, conducting fitness assessments, leading group fitness classes, and providing one-on-one training sessions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead group fitness classes that cater to diverse fitness levels and interests.
  • Conduct personalized fitness assessments to create customized training plans for members and guests.
  • Provide one-on-one training sessions to help individuals achieve their fitness goals.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment in the health club, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as membership processing and reception duties.

Requirements:
  • Possess a recognized personal training certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, or NSCA).
  • Have experience working in a health club or gym environment, preferably with a focus on group fitness and personalized training.
  • Be passionate about health and wellness, with a strong understanding of exercise science and nutrition.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
