Senior Account Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Customer Success team and drive business growth in the DACH region. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with enterprise clients, onboarding new customers, and identifying opportunities for revenue expansion.
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of 40-50 high-value clients across the DACH region
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive long-term adoption of our products
- Analyze customer usage data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase revenue
- Own account expansion and renewal efforts, driving towards best-in-class NRR results
- 5-7 years of experience in Customer Success with a proven track record of driving business growth in a fast-paced SaaS environment
- Experience working with technical, mission-critical products and demonstrating value to customers
- Commercial acumen and ability to own renewals and expansion efforts
- Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities to address complex customer challenges
- Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
