Lead Early Years Development Specialist

As an Early Years Educator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping young minds and fostering a culture of excellence within our centres.
About the Role- Design and implement engaging curriculum that promotes holistic development across emotional, social, physical, and cognitive areas.
- Evaluate and refine educational activities to ensure seamless integration with Aistear and Siolta frameworks, driving centre success.
- Provide meticulous care and observations, empowering colleagues and families to track each child's progress effectively.
- Contribute to a collaborative environment built on professionalism, inclusion, and mutual respect.
- Hold Fetac Level 5 (or equivalent) in Early Childhood Care and Education, coupled with relevant experience in a childcare setting (desired).
- Fluency in English is essential, as well as passion for working with children, reliability, empathy, and attention to detail.
