Job Description

The Assistant Manager plays a vital role in the success of our retail store, overseeing various aspects of operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

This position demands a high level of proficiency in all areas of the specialty retail store. As the second-in-charge, you will be responsible for leading the team and performing operational tasks throughout the store.

You will champion the customer experience, delivering a legendary service that differentiates us from competitors. Additionally, you will promote a safe and productive work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining regular attendance and working scheduled shifts with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Upholding a safe and productive work environment by enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills to resolve issues ethically and effectively.
Required Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must have:

Previous retail leadership experience is essential, with a proven track record of success in driving sales and profits.

Familiarity with farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is highly preferred, as well as a valid driver's license and ability to read, write, and count accurately.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field being desirable.
