Job Title

A dynamic professional is sought to fill a leadership role within our organization. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the operational soundness of a branch and team, ensuring security procedures are maintained and audit controls are followed. They will also manage service and operational aspects of the branch, build a high-performing team, and drive revenue and loyalty through proactive interactions with clients.

This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to influence and impact a broad range of eco-system partners in an omni-channel environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be accountable for maintaining a positive working environment that facilitates exceptional service and expanding profitable customer relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the operational soundness of a branch and team, including maintenance of security procedures and adherence to audit controls
  • Drive revenue and loyalty through proactive interactions with clients
  • Build a high-performing team and lead through influence
  • Maintain a positive working environment that facilitates exceptional service and expands profitable customer relationships
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to influence and impact a broad range of eco-system partners in an omni-channel environment
