Our organization seeks an expert in commercial contract law to work on agreements for procuring goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the legal team by providing advice on supply chain contracts and procurement matters
  • Drafting and negotiating tender documents, standard forms, and bespoke contracts with a strong commercial contract law background
  • Collaborating with third-party specialists to achieve business objectives
  • Identifying potential legal risks and conducting reviews of existing processes
  • Promoting legal awareness among stakeholders and communicating effectively with the business
  • Delivering in-house training sessions and monitoring relevant legislative changes to ensure compliance

A qualified solicitor with at least 5 years post-qualification experience, including 2 years in commercial contracts, is required. Experience in construction and/or health and safety laws is advantageous.
