Job Summary- Serve as the chief architect of a dedicated fund accounting team, guiding strategic initiatives and driving process enhancements within a fast-paced environment.
- Oversee the delivery of accurate net asset values, valuations, and regulatory reports to meet critical deadlines.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, investors, and auditors, fostering strong relationships and resolving complex issues.
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members to reach their full potential and enhance overall performance.
- Contribute to key projects, including system automation and process optimization.
- A professional accounting qualification with 5+ years' post-qualified experience.
- Proficient technical knowledge of Irish/UK GAAP, US GAAP, IFRS.
- Proven expertise in Fund Accounting/Private Equity.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on people development and mentorship.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with system improvement projects highly valued.
