Job Title: Executive Kitchen Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our team in a scenic coastal location near Waterford City, Ireland. Our restaurant offers a unique blend of traditional and modern cuisine, with a focus on using locally sourced ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head Chef in kitchen management and maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene
  • Prepare dishes according to presentation standards and contribute to menu development
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent
  • Strong English language skills (written and oral) and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Familiarity with Food Hygiene & HACCP procedures and commitment to maintaining high standards
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing hours and menus
