The ideal candidate for this Commercial Kitchen position will have a minimum of 2 years of previous experience in fast-paced commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work up to 5 days per week in our dynamic kitchen department.
  • Produce high-quality product to the agreed standard within the allocated timeframe.
  • Ensure compliance to and document according to HACCP protocols.
  • Liaise and communicate effectively with colleagues, including breakfast chefs and other team members.
Required Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and quality control measures.
  • Recognised chef qualification or equivalent training.
  • Good knowledge of HACCP principles and implementation.
