Job Title: Senior Chef de Partie

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pastry chef to join our dedicated team of award-winning culinary experts. As a senior chef de partie, you will be responsible for efficiently running your own section in the kitchen, ensuring that every dish served meets consistently high standards within the agreed timeframe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To work with the team to ensure that the designated area is properly prepared and set-up prior to and after service.
  • To liaise and communicate effectively with colleagues to maintain a professional, friendly, and courteous service.
  • To have a passion and flair for food, particularly starters, and to be able to work varying shifts including daytime, weekends, and evenings.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience within the industry, in operations with banqueting and fine dining.
  • A proven track record of experience in a similar establishment renowned for its good food, focusing on seasonality, Irish origin, and respect for ingredients.
  • Must be standards-driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Recognised qualification essential.
