Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced pastry chef to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about food and wants to work in a busy hotel and golf club environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently running their own section, ensuring that every dish served meets the highest standards of quality and timeliness.

They will also have a passion for seasonal Irish food and be able to work effectively as part of a team to ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented to a high standard.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5 years' experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a fine dining establishment.
  • Proven track record of consistently producing high-quality dishes within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Good knowledge of HACCP regulations and food safety procedures.
  • Recognised qualification in pastry arts or a related field.
