Seasoned Pastry Expert Wanted

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Pastry Chef to join our dedicated team of award-winning professionals.
The role will involve running your own section in the kitchen, focusing on providing high-quality pastry dishes within the agreed timeframe.
You will work varying shifts including daytime, weekends, and evenings, liaising and communicating with colleagues to ensure a professional service.
In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance to and documentation of HACCP and Food Safety Regulations.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of experience within the industry, with a proven track record in similar establishments renowned for their good food, focusing on seasonality, Irish origin, and respect for ingredients.
- Standards-driven, able to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of HACCP and relevant regulations.
- A recognised qualification is essential.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Own transport is advantageous but not necessary.
